Andrew Ehrhart
Director of Protective Services – Europe

His diverse career saw him initially specialize in minimizing the effects of public disorder and conflict management. He was an advisor on such issues to the Metropolitan Senior Command team during high profile public events in London including Royal events, large Government conferences, Poll Tax riot, sporting events and a plethora of protest marches, demonstrations and acts of spontaneous disorder. His skill in this area meant he was chosen to instruct, develop and lead in these tactics both widely in Great Britain and on behalf of the UK to other Governments around the world. He has also delivered instruction to the Governments of Singapore, Kenya, Sierra Leone and Bahrain.

He progressed to leading a surveillance team gaining intelligence into organized criminality where his natural demeanor proved popular among his team and the senior management. He was asked to develop a program to identify, train and form a counter surveillance team to combat hostile reconnaissance to VIPs.

Andrew excels in encouraging teamwork and inspiring people to achieve, leading by example. He has organized and led many exciting adventures raising money for charity including a grueling 3-month team row across the Atlantic Ocean.

Since leaving the police Andrew has undertaken a number of roles offering his experience to clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Andrew was chosen to assist Team GB managing their security arrangements for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games as part of the small team managing the safety and security of the athletes and support staff.
